Samsung Galaxy S6

This year at MWC 2015, we got to see two new major flagship smartphones from the Korean multi-national company "Samsung." The Galaxy S6 is the one of the phones unveiled by Samsung on Mobile World Congress 2015. The Galaxy S6 is the sixth iteration of the Galaxy "S" line of flagship smartphones from Samsung.




Samsung is highly praised as a smartphone manufacturer but they weren't able to produce expected sales with their previous flagship smartphone, the Galaxy S5. This is year Samsung wants to fix that mistake.

 The Galaxy S6 with it's beautiful glass finish on both sides and metal around the edges easily makes it one of the most visually appealing smartphones available to date. Inside, it packs beastly specs. Elegant on outside and outrageous in the inside is what describes the GSG6. The Galaxy S6 is expected to be released on 10 April,2015. Now let's talk about the specs. The phone itself weighs in at 138g. It features a WQHD 2560x1440 resolution 5.1 inch Super AMOLED display which produces stunning colors and makes pictures,movies,games etc. look more vibrant and life-like. It has 577 pixels per inch. The screen protector is Corning Gorilla Glass 4. It also has a finger print sensor located on the home button and a new feature for the device is Samsung Pay which lets you pay for stuff from your mobile through your finger print. The phone runs Samsung's TouchWiz UI on top of Android v.5.0.2 (Lollipop). It has an Octa-Core Exynos 7420 processor and 3 GB RAM. The phone is available with 3 storage varieties:32,64 and 128GB. It has the Mali T-760 GPU. The rear camera is a 16MP. shooter with OIS(Optical Image Stabilization) and the camera is capable of recording 4k at 30 frames per second. The rear camera protrudes a bit out from the phone body. The front camera is 5MP. and has Auto HDR. The phone also has an improved heart rate sensor located at the back. The phone has a 2550 mAh battery. The phone is available in 4 colors: White Pearl, black sapphire, Gold Platinum and Blue Topaz. Any information about the pricing of the phone has yet not been announced.
