Corsair is one of the most renowned companies when it comes to PC gaming peripherals. They make excellent products and they have been dominating the market for many years. And they look forward to keep up that tradition with their Vengeance K70 RGB.

It currently costs $170 which is a premium price to pay but the keyboard is worth it.The keyboard offers bright and vibrant per key back-lighting which are fully customizable. The amount of customization that this keyboard offers is nearly limitless. The RGB back-lighting on the keyboard is phenomenal and almost every other keyboard available in the market as of now pales in comparison. You can also set various LED effects live wave, ripples etc. Different profiles for the keyboard can also be downloaded from the Corsair forums. The LED lights can be illuminated up to three brightness levels.

A windows lock key is also available at the top of the keyboard which disables the windows key so that you don't accidentally press it and get irritated in the middle of gameplay. The keyboard is specifically aimed towards gamers. So, it comes with a lot of gaming specific features like anti-ghosting etc. Macros can be assigned to any key and the buttons can be remapped by the user. A volume scroll wheel is present on the top right of the keyboard which great compared to buttons. A big soft touch rubberized wrist rest comes with the K70 which is a great inclusion since that is a must for most gamers and typists. The wrist rest is detachable and you can remove it if you prefer not to have it. The black anodized brushed aluminium back plate looks gorgeous. Rubber feet are available at the back if you need the elevate the keyboard. The keyboard is mechanical and comes with Cherry MX red switches. A built in storage option is available to store all your settings and profiles. The keyboard weighs 2.65 lbs. The key caps are also very nice. They are ergonomic and are very helpful for both long gaming or typing sessions. The key caps can be replaced. The driver software for this keyboard is good but it could have been better. It has a few bugs but it's overall a pretty good software and lets you do whatever needs to be done. So, in conclusion, the K70 RGB is a pretty good keyboard with some neat LED lightings, great ergonomics and gaming features and it's a great choice for enthusiasts as well as gamers but it should be kept in mind that all these features come at a higher cost compared to other RGB gaming mechanical keyboards.
